Jayzel Rose Bautista

I am a motivated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management, graduated Magna Cum Laude, with practical internship experience supporting HR operations in a corporate environment.

During my HR Generalist internship at Alpha Debt Recovery Business Solutions Corp., I maintained employee records, supported onboarding and offboarding, assisted recruitment activities including screening and initial interviews, and handled confidential HR documents with care.

I contributed to campus leadership and event management as Vice President of the Student Artist Guild and Secretary of the Supreme Student Government, which strengthened my communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

I am adaptable, empathetic, and eager to learn new HR processes and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva). I seek to apply my academic knowledge and internship experience to support HR functions in a people-centered organization.
