What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR opportunity where I can support recruitment, training, employee development, and administrative operations while continuing to grow my HR knowledge and practical experience.

I supported recruitment, candidate documentation, employee records, and HR documentation as a Human Resource Intern at the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff.

I coordinated interviews, meetings, training sessions, and HR-related appointments while maintaining timely stakeholder communication and confidentiality. I also reviewed employee performance evaluations, supported workplace wellness initiatives, and helped facilitate training and development programs.

I'm a BS Psychology graduate majoring in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with practical experience in behavioral interviews, competency-based interviews, test administration, and assessment.
