What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology-focused roles where I can use advertising data, marketplace operations, IT problem-solving, and continuous learning to drive business growth.

I've managed Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts, planning and optimizing sales and lead-generation campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

As a freelance E-commerce Executive, I manage Etsy, TikTok Shop UK, and Amazon Marketplace operations. I optimize product listings with SEO, conduct product and competitor research, manage inventory and fulfillment, and track sales performance in Excel and Google Sheets.

I've also provided remote IT support for Malaysia VPS, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and networks, and supporting end users.

Alongside my commercial work, I teach Computer Science, coding, and STEM subjects through school, home tuition, and online instruction. I built an offline AI-powered personal assistant using Python and machine learning for my final-year project.
