I've advised C-suite, senior executive, and political-appointee leadership across six federal agencies on high-visibility human capital matters. At CMS, I lead executive recruitment, retention, and compensation advisory for SES, Senior Level, and political appointees while partnering with the White House Liaison office and OPM.

Across EPA, FDIC, USACE, HUD-OIG, and VBA, I've translated complex policy and workforce data into defensible recommendations on classification, organizational design, talent acquisition, pay administration, and HR strategy. I've also built an SES tracking system adopted division-wide, modernized classification standards, and designed a nationwide HR training curriculum.
