At Agivant Technologies, I lead technical discovery sessions and turn business problems into technical specifications. I design solutions integrating AI chatbots and agents, including Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
I build and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to support customer onboarding and pre-sales. I also work with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams on end-to-end solution architectures.
At Infosys, for its American Express client, I developed a backend application with a Tech Architect and built APIs in Golang. I also worked with Elastic Search, Docker, design reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
At Sage IT, I designed and developed Golang RESTful APIs and services for American Express and Capital Group. Earlier, at Indeed, I managed data visualization dashboards and built reporting interfaces using Python Pandas, SQL, and Looker.
