I’m an educational leader with a proven record of strengthening organizational learning, advancing staff development, and strengthening measurement and evaluation efforts. I lead with strategic vision, faculty development, and campus-wide discipleship, translating priorities into clear plans and outcomes.

In recent roles as Head of School, I’ve overseen multi-campus expansion, accreditation, and major capital projects while managing a large operating budget and scaling enrollment and staffing. I also strengthen community partnerships across multiple counties and lead curriculum review and implementation to ensure quality and consistency.

I focus on continuous improvement and accountability—operating through weekly policy review, annual updates to policy manuals, and accreditation standards. I prepare and share learning insights across teams to strengthen alignment and inform ongoing strategic decisions, always seeking a leadership role that drives meaningful, statewide educational impact.
