I’m a dedicated customer service professional with 7 years’ experience in customer support, Call centre operations, and client relations. I assisted in handling customer enquiries, resolving customer complaints at first contact, and managing communications in fast-paced environments with a high-volume of customers.

In my Call Centre Executive/Shift Supervisor role, I handled and resolved over 90% of customer enquiries and complaints via phone, including a single-day high of over 200 calls.
