What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role combining operations, guest/community experience, and event coordination—where my communication, scheduling, and marketing strengths can help build a welcoming, well-run environment.

I’m an Assistant Aquatics Director with experience managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and keeping facilities running smoothly for residents, vendors, and internal teams. I supervise employees, handle escalations through conflict resolutions, and ensure communications stay clear and consistent.

I’ve also supported community growth through facility and events leadership. As a Facility Rental Coordinator, I coordinated party rentals, drafted contracts, and collected payments—bringing organization and accountability to every engagement.

In my Events & Marketing Coordinator work, I produced and published a monthly community newsletter, maintained the Eagle Harbor website, app, and Facebook pages, and scheduled, planned, advertised, and executed monthly community events. I enjoy turning plans into measurable engagement by combining operational follow-through with marketing and communication discipline.

Beyond aquatics and community operations, I’ve built strong front-line service and promotion skills. I’ve worked front desk, supported wedding event setup as an Assistant Wedding Coordinator, and managed social media and hosting for a restaurant—always focused on guest experience, outreach, and professional presentation.
