I coordinate daily swim program operations, including staff scheduling, rotations, training, and pool-deck safety. I also interview candidates and help onboard and train staff.
I review and approve employee time and attendance records, and audit client attendance and payment information for accuracy. I provide customer service, resolve operational issues, and give staff feedback to support service quality.
I supervised lifeguards and swim instructors at Life Time and worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor at other organizations. I'm transitioning from aquatics operations into business, administrative, customer service, workforce support, and analyst-track roles.
