At Acorio, I lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, and HRSD. I designed a CSDM-aligned CMDB to improve service visibility and data accuracy.
I also implemented Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, and established governance for security, upgrades, performance, and releases. I automated workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
At The Cloud, I delivered ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC solutions aligned with governance frameworks. I built dashboards, KPIs, and SLA/OLA reporting to improve operational visibility.
Earlier, at Thirdera and Linium, I developed ServiceNow applications, integrations, scripts, and workflows, and improved CMDB governance and reconciliation. I hold ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and Implementation Specialist certifications, along with ITIL v4 Foundation.
