I've led branch operations at Aakash Educational Services Limited, managing daily business functions, admissions, batch planning, scheduling, audits, vendors, and cross-functional coordination. I monitor KPIs and MIS reporting to improve productivity, reduce turnaround time, and maintain service quality.
