Previously, at EZ Edits, I led quality assurance across 150+ monthly projects and maintained 80%+ KPI benchmarks. I built QA audit frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and structured review processes that improved consistency, reduced revision cycles, and strengthened process governance.

I've managed and coached distributed teams of 12+ people through onboarding, performance feedback, quality reviews, and training. I work closely with project managers and stakeholders to resolve quality issues, align workflows to client requirements, and improve delivery efficiency.

I also review multimodal AI data for Uber AI projects, validating video, image, and text samples, evaluating LLM outputs, documenting edge cases, and helping reduce false positives. My earlier video editing work across 200+ assets gives me a practical understanding of creative production quality.
