What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build a career in administration, operations, or organizational leadership.

At Hotel Har Har Mahadev, I direct daily operations and service delivery, with a focus on hygiene, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

I manage inventory and raw material procurement, working with local wholesale vendors to optimize purchase costs and reduce daily stock wastage. I also maintain bookkeeping, revenue tracking, digital payments, and working capital reconciliation.

My ongoing M.A. coursework at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) deepens my grounding in public governance, administrative theory, and organizational behavior. I’m looking to build a career in administration, operations, or organizational leadership.
