I provide L1 IT support and application support for core banking software at Virtual Galaxy Infotech in Nagpur, handling the incident lifecycle from ticket logging to resolution while staying within SLAs.
I troubleshoot production issues, run SQL queries for backend data validation and issue analysis, and do basic root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems—then coordinate with internal teams on escalations and critical fixes.
I also support day-to-day end-user and system access needs using Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Microsoft Outlook, and remote desktop support, with log analysis and system monitoring to keep applications running smoothly.
