I’m a Rural Management professional (IRMA Alumnus) with over 5 years of experience in the social sector, focused on scaling rural livelihoods through market systems and trade enablement. I currently work as a Senior Consultant at the SPMU (Government of Jharkhand), specializing in Value Chain Analysis, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for Agri and NTFP, and procurement policy.

In my role at SIDHKOFED, I lead end-to-end GTM strategy for agriculture and Non-Timber Forest Produce (NTFP) under a state-level federated cooperative system. I drive brand development, product positioning, and multi-channel market entry across retail, modern trade, exporters, processors, and e-commerce—while building both forward and backward market linkages.

I’m equally strong on turning insights into bankable decisions. I plan and execute end-to-end value chain analysis across PACS/LAMPS/MPCS catchments to design commercially viable, inclusive business models, and I deliver market research, pricing intelligence, and consumer insights to support new product development and diversification.

Beyond strategy, I build operational foundations for sustained procurement and quality. I lead regulatory compliance and quality standards (including FSSAI, AGMARK, ISI, HACCP, and GAP), advise the Apex State Federation at a system level, and strengthen governance, market access, trade capacity, and livelihoods of cooperative member societies through multi-district implementations.
