At Intellecap Advisory Services, I serve as Co-Team Leader (Acting Team Leader) for the JICA-funded Uttarakhand Integrated Horticulture Development Project. I manage project schedules, quality, and budgets, and coordinate with government organisations and donor agencies.
At Intellecap, I also work with NRLM (MoRD) to identify promising rural enterprise value chains and develop Detailed Project Reports. Current projects include a multi-commodity processing unit in Agartala and a sustainable livestock project in Tripura.
At Transform Rural India, I collaborated with the State Rural Livelihood Mission and IFAD-funded Rural Enterprise Acceleration Project to strengthen rural livelihoods in Uttarakhand. I conducted value chain analysis and developed the Comprehensive Village Livelihood Planning tool.
My work has also included establishing the Tata Centre for Excellence for Agriculture Development and assessing agricultural value chains across several countries. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
