My role in the astCRM department has allowed me to gain valuable experience with CRM systems such as vtiger and espo CRM, where I provide technical assistance to a diverse range of clients including Asianet Enterprise and Acumen Capital.

With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Kristu Jyoti College of Management and Technology, I have developed a strong foundation in programming languages including HTML, CSS, C, C++, PHP, and SQL.
