What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation and frequent regional travel, and available immediately for a UAE role that doesn't require employer visa sponsorship.

At BPP University, I managed the education-agent portfolio across India, Nepal and Africa, supporting applicants from enquiry through enrolment. I used funnel data to identify conversion drop-off points and delivered partner training, webinars and programme briefings.

At Middlesex University Dubai, I grew the regional recruitment network to 300+ active partners and brought 100+ partner contracts through review to activation. I also conceived and led the MDXplorer mobile-campus initiative, engaging 10,000+ students from 100+ schools and winning the university's Innovation & Excellence Award.
