At Solitaire Business School (SBS Degree College), I led student admissions and business development, with the team enrolling nearly 150 students. I grew revenue from near zero to INR 1.5 crore over three years.
I managed the Osmania University undergraduate programmes and academic partnerships with Pearson and OTHM, including centre operations and compliance. I also taught Pearson BTEC Level 4 and Level 5 Business programmes from 2020 to 2023.
Alongside my SBS role, I handled campus operations, academic audit and compliance at Solitaire Global Schools. As a CAIE Approved Exam Coordinator, I administered examinations and managed secure materials and regulatory compliance.
I audited timetables and parent-feedback records, contributing to a group-wide data-control policy in 2026. I also launched the WACE curriculum for Grades 9–12 in 2025–2026, filling a full Grade 11 class in its first year.
