At Third Bridge, I’m building the Talent Acquisition function and employer brand for Third Bridge Middle East. I’m responsible for filling 80+ open roles and supporting workforce planning across the Dubai and Mumbai offices.

I developed global competency rubrics and integrated them into SmartRecruiters. I also built a campus hiring strategy spanning the Middle East and Indian subcontinent, partnering with over 30 Tier-1 schools.

At AlphaSights EMEA, I built the Dubai recruitment function as its first local recruiter, driving 100% client service team growth in 2 years. I also designed frameworks for onboarding and career progression, and trained and managed a team of 4 recruiters in London.
