I am responsible for designing project frameworks, team building, managing data collection and analysis, preparation of training manual for recruits, leading the marketing and sales team, presenting pitch decks representing the company, and managing a team of 52 individuals.

I am a skilled translator and transcriptionist, proficient in both Amharic and English. My linguistic expertise ensures accurate and seamless communication between these languages, making them an invaluable resource for bridging language barriers.

Penda is a company working on environmental protection and paper recycling with a mission to build the first sustainable circular economy for waste paper and cartons in Ethiopia. I was responsible for managing four different recycling projects in Adama, Modjo, DebreZeyit, and Dukem.
