At Monglish International Academy, I lead full-cycle recruitment for academic and operational roles, from candidate screening and interviews to demo evaluations. I collaborate with department leaders on job requirements and evaluation rubrics, and supervise junior recruiters.
At AMIDEAST and the Egyptian American Center, I taught English as an ESL Instructor. Earlier, I led recruitment and training at Perfect Solution Outsourcing, including English placement testing and training for call center candidates.
