At Global Steps, I led 32 media monitoring analysts across concurrent projects for Saudi government and enterprise accounts, including the Ministry of Energy and portfolios in energy, utilities, and water.

I delivered executive reporting approximately every three hours, with updates every 30 to 60 minutes during crises. During pricing announcements and energy and utilities incidents, I coordinated monitoring operations and analyst support across projects.

I translated client objectives into monitoring methods, search logic, reports, and escalation criteria. I also managed client change requests and coordinated implementation and validation with responsible teams.

As the coordination point between clients, analysts, and developers, I tracked technical issues and supported UAT and release validation. My media intelligence work has included Meltwater and Talkwalker, alongside an IT degree and experience with Odoo ERP workflows.
