I investigate verification errors, system blocks, and mismatched patient information to help prevent medication delays. I also coordinate with pharmacists, logistics teams, warehouses, healthcare providers, and telehealth platforms to resolve prescription issues.

Through cross-functional coordination, I helped ensure 94% of temperature-sensitive medication orders were verified, packaged, and dispatched safely within 24 hours. I guide patients on payment, billing, pricing, assistance options, and the handling and delivery of temperature-sensitive products.

I maintain accurate patient records and protect PHI in line with HIPAA requirements. I use Zendesk, Five9, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to deliver clear, empathetic support.
