My name is Abdulrahman Emad Ahmed, and I have a diverse background in customer service and training, with experience spanning several reputable companies. I began my career at Raya, where I worked on the Renault project as a cold caller. This role laid the foundation for my skills in communication and customer engagement.

After my time at Raya, I joined Centro, where I transitioned from a cold caller to a trainer for the Medicare account. This experience honed my leadership abilities and allowed me to develop training programs that improved team performance. My journey continued at Vodafone, where I took on the role of agent and later became a delegate team leader, managing a team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Currently, I work as a consecutive medical interpreter with Propio, where I leverage my language skills and customer service experience to provide exceptional support. I am passionate about continuous learning and development, and I thrive in environments that challenge me to grow professionally.
