I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end GenAI localization delivery, protect SLA/quality, and lead cross-functional teams. I want to grow through structured project management and continuous process improvement.

I’m a Project Manager with 2+ years of end-to-end ownership of large-scale Gen AI, translation, transcription, and transliteration projects for Fortune 500 clients, including Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and OpenAI. I maintain “100% SLA compliance” across multi-language, multi-timezone delivery pipelines while leading repeatable intake-to-delivery workflows.

I build and scale multilingual operations, coordinate stakeholder communication, and drive risk assessment and mitigation to keep timelines and quality consistent. I also head QA operations—enforcing output quality standards and ensuring deliverables meet both client specifications and internal benchmarks—while supporting global teams and contractor capacity planning.
