What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable production AI systems where agent workflows, RAG, evaluation, observability, safety, and cost control matter as much as the demo.

I've led AI and platform engineering at Creative Agency since 2022, building production monitoring and customer-facing LLM products. My work spans anomaly detection, automated reporting, natural-language retrieval, and secure, repeatable cloud infrastructure.

I built a multi-channel customer-service agent across Shopify, Gmail, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok, with tool-calling workflows for orders, refunds, claims, and inventory. I designed its evaluation gates, observability strategy, safety controls, model-routing fallbacks, and FinOps approach to make quality and cost measurable in production.

Previously, I led technical teams at Stixor, CloudSyte, Base Verify, and Square Foot Exchange, delivering microservices, real-time data pipelines, APIs, cloud deployments, and full-stack products. I've worked across AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Kubernetes, Terraform, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, React, and GraphQL.

I focus on the operational details behind reliable AI systems: evaluations, tracing, guardrails, fallbacks, token optimization, and CI/CD. I enjoy turning complex AI capabilities into resilient products that teams and customers can use with confidence.
