What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into email design and build on my strong sense of brand consistency and campaign creative.

At EBC Technology Malaysia (EBC Financial Group), I develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and captions for EBC South Africa across Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. I prepare creative briefs and work with design teams on assets for brand awareness, product updates, and event campaigns.

I track weekly content performance across four platforms, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and audience response, to refine future concepts. I also research regional and industry competitors and current trends to inform new ideas.

At Nexperts Academy, I supported performance-driven digital campaigns through tracking, performance analysis, and optimisation workflows. I contributed to a 20% improvement in customer comprehension ratings while working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

My earlier roles at AmTrust Europe Insurance, Sitel Group, and Amazon UK gave me experience in claims, customer support, and operations. I’m looking to move into email design and build on my sense of brand consistency and campaign creative, with training in HubSpot email marketing and working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
