Abby Jamgochian

At Fidelity Investments, I coordinated a 9-month IBM z16 hardware upgrade, writing the install, backout, and validation plans and briefing teams and senior leaders on progress.

I also coordinated maintenance and version upgrades across 1,800 production regions, and wrote SOPs and change documentation for recurring processes. In my final year, I used SQL to pull and check records for security reviews and reporting.

Since 2022, I’ve run Abby May Art, an original abstract-art brand and one-person Shopify, email, and content shop. I write product pages, launch emails, captions, and PDF guides, and built Mailchimp automations and launch sequences.

I also create social content in Canva and CapCut, with reels reaching 1M+ views, and have designed landing pages, product pages, and email flows for other makers. I’m strongest where technical work needs to be explained clearly, from upgrade plans to product copy and document review.
