At Lakeshore Learning Materials, I support business solution rollouts by turning learning systems and process information into training documents, implementation guides, and system rollout materials. I standardized templates across CI, BPI, and OCM teams and developed a process map directory in SharePoint.
I also spearheaded a warehouse gap analysis project examining process inefficiencies and transition challenges tied to legacy scanning systems and a new WMS implementation. At American Advisors Group, I wrote release notes, procedures, and manuals and supported a SharePoint governance project.
Earlier, at Cream Gallery, I gathered and organized exhibition data and authored SOPs, floorplan designs, and installation manuals. My work has also included documentation and inventory process guides for LAUSD Art and Archive Collection and policies, workflows, and training materials for First American Trust.
