What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an ICT role where I can support digital transformation, secure systems and data, strengthen ERP and network performance, train users, and improve operational service delivery.

I'm supporting digital transformation at the Kenya Rural Roads Authority, providing technical support and user training for project systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, backups, ICT asset records, and data-protection compliance. Previously at Mint Credit, I supported secure network infrastructure, financial and loan management systems, cloud services, security controls, and online loan application portals.

I've also delivered network management, system administration, end-user support, training, and client data analysis at Kofisi Africa. Across public and private-sector environments, I focus on reliable systems, secure data, practical user support, and improved service delivery.
