What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my healthcare operations and payment-posting experience while continuing to grow my software engineering skills in workflow optimization, data processing, and cross-functional delivery.

At Legacy Health, I manage high-accuracy payment posting and reconciliation for multiple U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management client accounts.

I've supported end-to-end operational workflows, streamlined reporting, and worked with cross-functional teams and client representatives to resolve posting discrepancies, remittance errors, and operational bottlenecks. As part of the pioneer batch for the 2024 USPI Posting Service project, I contributed to its initial setup, system stabilization, and performance optimization.

I'm currently pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Software Engineering while building on my Business Management background.

I bring hands-on capability in Python, JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL, database management, Advanced Excel, workflow optimization, and data reconciliation.
