I’m currently pursuing an HND in Software Engineering, and I’m building my career through roles that require accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication. I’m seeking a challenging position where my experience and positive attitude can be used to make a valuable contribution.

As an Operation Executive at Legacy Health LLC, I manage claim collections for infusion, injection, and emergency room accounts. I track unpaid claims, handle denials, and coordinate resolutions with teams to keep processes moving.

I review aging reports, escalate complex cases, and ensure accurate updates. I met collection targets while also helping improve overall workflow, focusing on organization and measurable outcomes.

Before that, I worked as a Service Desk Caller at LOLC Technologies, responding to users with technical issues. I used active listening, gathered relevant information, asked probing questions, and documented details for escalation, then served as an Administrative Officer supervising daily warehouse operations including quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics.
