I'm looking for a Project Manager, Program Manager, Client Delivery, or Business Operations role where delivery discipline and a data-led operating rhythm drive the business forward.

At YouEvolve Paws, I own end-to-end operations across the delivery roadmap, vendor ecosystem, partnerships, budget, and daily execution. I turn strategy into quarterly operating plans with named owners and milestones, helping drive 25% faster delivery.

Previously at YouEvolve, I ran platform releases, learning programmes, and user lifecycle initiatives from scoping and UAT through go-live. I managed sprints, backlogs, risks, stakeholder expectations, onboarding journeys, and reporting that gave founders a reliable view of delivery health.

I enjoy bringing structure to ambiguous work through SOPs, dashboards, KPI tracking, and practical cross-functional collaboration. I’ve taken two products from concept to live launch and led teams across product, engineering, marketing, and content.
