Aatma Seegobin
@aatmaseegobin
Program Manager specializing in policy, benefits administration, and compliance-ready decision documentation for health benefits.
What I'm looking for
I’m a health benefits and retiree benefits Program Manager who supports senior leaders with clear written analysis, options decisions, and implementable implementation plans. I turn complex benefit issues into stakeholder-ready documentation—briefing notes, decision materials, risk assessments, and utilization summaries—while keeping outputs practical for operations.
My work focuses on structured policy development and audit-ready governance: I’ve built policy development cycles, standardized workflows, and drafted governance documents that support consistent plan-decision-making and delegation of authority. I’ve managed and improved retiree benefits administration for more than 6,500 members, including compliance, audit readiness, committee support, and financial processes, and I’ve coordinated service delivery and operational improvements.
I also bring hands-on cross-stakeholder coordination and implementation leadership across medical transportation, dental, vision, mental health, drug benefits, and other coverage areas. From Pacific Blue Cross and technology/software partners to vendors, adjudicators, and subject matter experts, I lead implementation planning, SOPs, provider materials, and client communications—using Microsoft Office workflows, Tableau, and Excel-based analysis, plus Generative AI for project evaluation and structured thinking.
