What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex enterprise transformation programs where I can establish governance, drive change adoption, align cross-functional stakeholders, and turn ambiguous delivery into sustainable operating models.

At CitiusTech and McKesson, I've led complex enterprise programs across product, engineering, operations, QA, and vendors, building the governance, milestones, dependencies, and decision forums that keep delivery moving.

I've turned ad-hoc deliveries into repeatable operating models, led change and adoption for new intake and ownership models, and provided executives with clear reporting on program health, risks, and tradeoffs.

Earlier at Verizon, American Express, and Dell Technologies, I standardized multi-vendor operations, regulatory reporting, dashboards, and automated reporting. I lead through influence and focus on practical structures that teams can sustain after go-live.
