What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales leadership role where I can run KPI dashboards, design incentive plans, coach teams, and improve CRM pipelines to deliver targets—while partnering with marketing and support to keep clients satisfied.

I’m a results-driven sales leader with strong experience in sales operations, KPI management, and incentive planning. I build performance targets, monitor multiple pipelines, and turn KPI insights into clear actions that improve operational efficiency.

Most recently, I’ve led sales teams in a VOIP services environment, setting goals, designing incentive plans, and measuring KPIs across teams and pipelines. I manage prospect leads and customers through Pipedrive CRM, prepare bi-weekly and monthly sales reports, and coordinate with marketing and support to protect customer satisfaction.

I also bring a broad client-facing background across VOIP, fintech, and health tech—delivering product demonstrations, handling high-value clients, and leading negotiations. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation through core banking system (CBS) sales work, business development for health technology and billing software (including gap analysis and quality checks), and even accounting assistant experience using Tally.
