I’m a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience supporting CRM and Retail ERP systems, where I diagnose and resolve user issues and help maintain database accuracy. I support SQL Server database management by running SQL queries (including CTEs) for data retrieval, verification, and issue resolution, and I troubleshoot ERP modules like inventory, sales, purchase, barcode printing, and vouchers.
I’m transitioning into data engineering by applying my SQL, Python, pandas, and PySpark skills to data validation, correction, and distributed data processing concepts. I’ve also worked with data warehousing and data modeling fundamentals, evaluated AWS S3 for backup storage, and used Databricks and ETL concepts to strengthen my ability to build reliable data solutions.
