I'm seeking a Technical Support Specialist role where I can combine strong customer service instincts with growing technical skills to help users resolve issues quickly and confidently.

At Zanfield Pvt Ltd, I served as the first point of contact for customer questions and concerns, resolving issues promptly and translating information into simple, actionable steps. I also processed transactions accurately, relayed customer feedback to management, and built customer trust during busy periods.

I'm building practical technical support capability through Excel, MySQL Workbench, Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, data-cleaning workflows, and cybersecurity training. I designed a phishing email simulation through Mastercard's Forage program and am pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration.
