I plan project goals, scope, budgets, and schedules, using Planview, Mavenlink, and MS Project to track milestones. I’ve also monitored schedules and implemented corrective actions that reduced timeline deviations by 20%.

At FIS Global Ltd, I create Power BI and MS Excel dashboards for stakeholders and share regular project updates. I also maintain risk registers and implement cost controls.

Earlier, in the Project Management Office at Tech Mahindra Ltd, I monitored infrastructure implementation and software development projects. I used JIRA to measure project performance and maintained risk registers to help reduce project delays.
