I’m a Scrum Master and Project Manager with 8 years of experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget. I specialize in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and sprint planning, and I’m confident guiding teams through every project phase.

Over 5 years, I’ve served as a Scrum Master for software development teams, applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory with strong product ownership alignment. I run Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums to keep collaboration smooth across levels.

In my current and previous roles, I’ve managed end-to-end delivery for Agile teams—facilitating backlog refinement, tracking KPIs like velocity and sprint burndown, and ensuring transparency through regular status reporting. I also manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, while supporting resource planning, capacity management, and release planning.
