At Rotary International, I lead a team of project managers responsible for enterprise-wide projects and programs, with a focus on strategic alignment, governance, and delivery. I generated $1.2M in organizational savings through an enterprise-wide print optimization initiative.

I formed a strategic partnership with Toastmasters International that produced 600+ membership leads and 16K+ leadership program enrollments. I also directed global initiatives, including a leadership planning platform, membership growth programs, and workforce transformation efforts.

My project work at Rotary included a virtual reality film promoting Rotary's polio eradication mission, a DEI conference serving 250+ attendees, and support for Rotary's 38K+ attendee international convention. Earlier, I delivered a strategic planning platform and a membership growth initiative that increased qualified membership leads by more than 200%.

Before my current role, I held project management and coordination positions at Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, and worked in business development and operations. I'm PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Prosci Change Management certified, and fluent in Spanish.
