What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a more challenging hospitality position where I can use guest service, food and beverage operations, and event coordination experience to improve operational efficiency and elevate the guest experience.

I've supported guest service, restaurant operations, and events at City Lodge Hotel Lynnwood and The Broadmoor Resort Hotel.

At City Lodge Hotel Lynnwood, I hosted restaurant guests, managed reservations and conference bookings, coordinated catering and meeting set-ups, and led waitstaff during service periods and banquets. I addressed guest concerns promptly while supporting menu planning, promotional events, and operational logistics.

At The Broadmoor, I worked at the Golden Bee British-Gastro restaurant, supporting dish preparation and plating, banquet production, cultural events, and back-of-house culinary operations.

My experience also includes cold-kitchen preparation at Central Restaurant and client-facing photography sales, bringing together food safety, communication, service, and practical problem-solving. I'm eager to take on challenging hospitality roles that improve operations and elevate the guest experience.
