What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead marketplace, logistics, or operations strategy where I can improve processes, build scalable programs, and use operational data to strengthen customer, partner, and fleet performance.

I founded Try X, an assisted-commerce startup built around curated Try-Before-You-Buy experiences. I led product strategy, supplier partnerships, operating-model design, customer validation, and the end-to-end journey from booking through fulfillment.

I ran 25 pilot sessions, with 72% resulting in a purchase, and generated average revenue of AED 159 per session. Before that at talabat, I managed a four-person training team supporting a 30,000-rider fleet across the UAE, delivering training, quality interventions, and fleet-wide performance initiatives.

At Uber Eats, I supported marketplace and last-mile operations for a 4,000+ rider network across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. I use operational reporting, Looker dashboards, and cross-functional partnerships to identify gaps, improve execution, and strengthen customer and partner experiences.
