What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service, operations, or administrative support role where I can manage communications, maintain accurate data, solve customer issues, and grow through collaboration with global business partners.

At WebBeds, I supported B2B travel reservations and partner inquiries, working with hotels and OTAs including Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, and Priceline.

I coordinated inbound and outbound phone and email communications for confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and operational requests. I also used Microsoft Excel to track booking information and maintain data accuracy.

Previously, I managed weekly baking order fulfillment at DGlad Baking, from preparation and packaging through timely delivery. I worked closely with a family team and accommodated customer product modifications.

I have also tutored English and Math students from kindergarten through high school, creating tailored lesson plans and helping learners build confidence and understanding.
