At Raiffeisenbank, I work on B2B high-transaction products, including Unified Treasury, Dynamic Discounting, and Regular Payments. I maintain consistent design patterns and layouts, and take responsibility for the client experience across these products.
I regularly conduct user research and usability testing to inform product improvements. I also designed and delivered an internal training program on AI-driven prototyping tools for the Sales Department.
Previously, I designed complex B2B solutions for industrial enterprises at BEMEISTER and worked on fintech products at VK, using research and analytics to inform interface decisions. At INNOPOLIS, I developed digital product vision and backlogs with a team, conducted user interviews, and helped grow the IT department from one person to four.
