I’m a Product Designer with experience across UX research and interface design, from e-commerce studies to building product interfaces for websites and mobile apps. I evaluate and automate business processes in multiple industries, using those insights to understand consumer behavior and improve outcomes.
In my current role as a Product Designer at CLICKLEAD.NETWORK, I develop a webmaster dashboard and redesign admin panels, user dashboards, and web/mobile solutions for an affiliate network. I’m increasingly focusing on AI, metrics, and UX research methods to guide product decisions.
Previously, I supported and scaled UI-Kit and Design System work at EdgeCenter, created clickable prototypes and detailed mockups, and ran usability testing to implement improvements. As a UX Researcher, I led qualitative and quantitative research (A/B testing, surveys, card sorting, interviews) and helped increase conversion rate by 8%.
