At Wildberries, I lead end-to-end product design for WB Workspace and WB Chat, supporting internal platforms used by up to 600k daily active users. I designed core WB Chat flows for a faster-than-projected production release and redesigned WB Workspace navigation into a central hub for internal tools.
Previously at Bank Saint Petersburg, I led design across internet and mobile banking for a product with 1M DAU. I created the bank’s first cross-platform design system with 60+ Figma components adopted by 5+ teams, improved new-client onboarding conversion by 15%, and helped grow DAU by 8% over two years.
I also work hands-on with startups, owning product lifecycles from roadmap to handoff. At SalesKit, I shipped 14 features and reduced engineering rework by 50%; at Puzzle Proptech, I built a 62-component design system and shipped features that contributed to 5% retention growth.
