At Tinkoff Journal, I design and build internal automation tools that reduce recurring manual tasks from 5–10 minutes to 5–10 seconds for a 20+ person team.

I own improvement work end to end: discovering problems, designing and testing solutions, rolling them out, training users, and iterating. I coordinate editors, designers, layout specialists, and producers while documenting complex workflows and building a shared process-automation knowledge base.

Alongside this, I launched KUBIK-KUBIK from zero to sustainable multi-million annual revenue, growing revenue more than 9x in seven months while maintaining 20–25% gross margin. I built its CRM, KPIs, omnichannel sales operation, and sales team while coordinating a cross-functional team of 10+.

Earlier, I built online sales operations, improved funnels through analytics and A/B testing, and led retail teams, inventory, service standards, and commercial performance.
