What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can strengthen payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, or finance operations in a distributed team, using Excel, SAP, 1C, and process automation to improve accuracy and reduce operational risk.

I've built and stabilized payroll operations for 1,500 employees on an IT-sector project, using Excel and Google Sheets to manage calculations, verify inputs, and support settlements and closing documentation.

At Damate Management Company, I led nationwide sales planning, plan-versus-actual analysis, P&L reporting, and pricing-promotion economics. I also led a 1C automation project from requirements and testing through user training and implementation acceptance, helping speed reporting and reduce operational risk.

Across Coca-Cola HBC Russia, I managed branch budgets, P&L analysis, receivables, profitability analysis, and OPEX optimization. I led finance teams of up to 18 people, reduced overdue receivables and operating costs, and maintained zero staff turnover in finance teams.
